Foreign aid

For some reason, Getting It, while down to a hideous # 600,000 in the highly volatile ratings of Amazon U.S., is around #45,000 in the U.K., and #135,000 in Canada. Can a foreign tour be far behind.

Daniel Shaviro: New York, New York, United States; I am the Wayne Perry Professor of Taxation at New York University Law School. My research mainly emphasizes tax policy, government transfers, budgetary measures, social insurance, and entitlements reform.
