Another winter storm

According to the online edition of today's New York Times, the West Side Highway "looks like rural Maine." Well, if that's true, I'm heading out there to pick blueberries.

Daniel Shaviro: New York, New York, United States; I am the Wayne Perry Professor of Taxation at New York University Law School. My research mainly emphasizes tax policy, government transfers, budgetary measures, social insurance, and entitlements reform.
