Meanwhile, back on the campaign trail

Latest rumor: When Trump goes to Detroit, he is going to try to work up the courage to go to that congregation and ask "the blacks" to pay for the wall.

I mean, why not "the blacks" (or perhaps Isis) if Mexico declines to pay?

Daniel Shaviro: New York, New York, United States; I am the Wayne Perry Professor of Taxation at New York University Law School. My research mainly emphasizes tax policy, government transfers, budgetary measures, social insurance, and entitlements reform.
