- I am the Wayne Perry Professor of Taxation at New York University Law School. My research mainly emphasizes tax policy, government transfers, budgetary measures, social insurance, and entitlements reform. My most recent books are (1) Decoding the U.S. Corporate Tax (2009) and (2) Taxes, Spending, and the U.S. Government's March Toward Bankruptcy (2006). My other books include Do Deficits Matter? (1997), When Rules Change: An Economic and Political Analysis of Transition Relief and Retroactivity (2000), Making Sense of Social Security Reform (2000), Who Should Pay for Medicare? (2004), Taxes, Spending, and the U.S. Government's March Towards Bankruptcy (2006), Decoding the U.S. Corporate Tax (2009), and Fixing the U.S. International Tax Rules (forthcoming). 一些essay代写是一项突破性的研究。有时候这样的论文都是用原创关键词，这是可以的，但是有一个风险就是除非论文很优秀，否则没人会在意。别的一方面，key word要为短文重要的观点的传播服务，所以key word要有创新性，学术观点的创新要体现在题目、摘要、关键词上。学术论文不像散文和小说，应该开门见山，而不是拘泥于一章。您的论文最好有一两个词作为创新关键词，或者至少有小范围的创新，否则都是学者们熟知的论点和关键词。您的论文有什么价值？一篇有价值的学术短文至少陈述一个别人没有说过的论点，所以一篇有价值的论文必须至少有一个关键词是这篇论文独有的。
