Refreshing but a bit brisk
At least to the untutored eye, it certainly looks as if Titan has lakes. But even the Polar Bear Club might take a pass on liquid methane at minus 290 degrees Fahrenheit.

I am the Wayne Perry Professor of Taxation at New York University Law School. My research mainly emphasizes tax policy, government transfers, budgetary measures, social insurance, and entitlements reform.
